CITY APARTMENTS and MOTEL ROOMs require card details to reserve and full payment taken 7 days prior to arrival. CANCELLATION available till full payment is taken with refund of money paid less 5% to cover admin fees. Once full payment is taken no refund will be provided unless we can rebook the property or room.

We had a great stay. The townhouse was immaculate and suited two golfing couple perfectly. Right on the Anglesea golf course  and easy access to local restaurants, shops and beaches. The kangaroos were an added bonus. Spacious and with great amenities we will definitely visit again.

Cozy and spacious home that’s perfect for a short getaway. The location is peaceful and convenient – less than 10 minutes from the main area. The only small downside was that Wi-Fi isn’t provided at the property, which would have been a nice addition. Other than that, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our time here.

A great stay, the apartment was a lot bigger than I expected and a huge bath tub! Used the very limited gym, the pool and hot tub were great and very quiet. A tiny bit more admin than your usual Airbnb booking as Regional Escapes operate through air bnb, so had to input my details again onto their website prior to checkin.

Amazing place to stay and luckily the weather was amazing.  We’d like to come back.

Such a brilliant location within walking distance of everything in Torquay. Great off-street parking for one car with easy street parking for any additional vehicles. Host was super responsive and friendly throughout, also providing a great list of local recommendations for during our stay.

Great place to stay. Location was excellent. 2 minute walk to Anglesea beach and comfortable walk up the river to get coffee and breakfast at the General store. Beautiful walks along the river. The house was great. We loved the outside courtyard and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and everything was very clean. The house offers incredible views and is located just steps away from the lighthouse, which makes the location truly exceptional. The host was also very proactive and responsive throughout our stay. The only downside was the cleanliness upon arrival: the house was a bit dusty, with the outdoor table and some areas inside not cleaned thoroughly.

The townhouse was clean and tidy. It had everything we needed for a great holiday. We made great use of the games cupboard and was impressed with the supplies in the house. We loved that it was walking distance to Gilbert st and the front beach. We enjoyed our stay.

this place was in a lovely setting with kangaroos right at the back door and was so peaceful.  It was a 5min car trip to shops, food and beach and the price was so reasonable will definitely stay here again. my only suggestion would be to have air con or fans in the 2 bedrooms upstairs.

This two bedroom beach house has sweeping views of the ocean, lighthouse, mountains and Lorne from the upstairs open plan living/dining/kitchen area.

The space
Located within an easy walk to the beach, shops, hotel and restaurants this is the ideal weekend getaway or summer beach holiday spot. This property was designed by the 'Pole House' Architects, built on 13 tree poles.

Linen is NOT included at this property. 
The property will have mattress protectors, pillows and doonas in covers on all beds. 
Items you will need to bring are;
- Sheets and pillowcases for all beds you plan to use. 
- Bath towels, bath mats and hand towels
- Tea Towels for the kitchen

The view was just beautiful, sitting and relaxing is exactly what was needed.
I was expecting when you pay $450+ per night to have at least a hand towel and bath mat but neither was supplied. I ended up slipping on the tiles and nearly cracking my head open so be careful to bring a bath mat.
I was so disappointed in the cleanliness in the bedroom with sand left on the pillow and cobwebs everywhere. I ended up cleaning the house for 45 minutes before I would put anything away. upstairs kitchen was ok, but no milk even UHT milk would have been appreciated as we got in after 5 when everything is closed. The beds are soft which wasn't great for my back but some people like that. Overall very disappointed for what we paid

We were disappointed with this house. It's in a handy location, and billed as architect-designed but the photos are very out of date. It was tired and a bit grotty, the lounge suite was worn out and uncomfortable and the bed was saggy. There was not even a spare roll of toilet paper in the house!
We paid extra for linen to be provided and were presented with a bag of sheets and towels when we picked up the key. In all our airbnb stays, we have never had to make up our own bed if we chose this option. 
On top of this, when we arrived at the house the main bed had dirty linen on it which we had to strip off before making up the bed! The doona had been used without a top sheet and no clean doona cover was provided in the bag of linen, so we had to wash and dry the cover before using it. This all happened after hours on a Friday night so we couldn't contact anyone about it.
